1. Where do you escape to when you’ve had enough?
Friday’s usually. Kinda odd, but this my only day that is just me. TD is at work GW is at day care. Me? I am home catching up on my shows, doing 5QF, enjoying my me time. I use this day to veg a little, go shopping, whatever else needs to be done….UNinterrupted (key word)

2. What shows are you watching this fall?
New shows, Prime Suspect, Person of Interest. I am going to check out Once Upon A Time and Grimm. Good old shows I love…House, Bones, The Walking Dead, Sanctuary, The Sing Off, Body of Proof, & CSI (Original & NY).

3. What was the longest road trip you’ve ever taken and where did you go?
Southern Indiana (the very Southern most tip) to South Dakota. When my father passed away he donated his body to IU medical school for research. After a year they cremate the body and return the ashes to the family. My father wanted his ashes spread on a mountain in South Dakota. As a family with some very close friends (practically family) we planned a two-week trip. We saw the beginning of the Sturgis Bike Rally, we climb Bear Butte Mountain, we went to Mt. Rushmore. I have a lot of great memories of this trip.

4. Do you plan on taking your kids to Disney World?
Eventually. TD wants to take GW now….I want to wait until he is a little older so he will remember it better. I want GW to big enough to ride the rides and really enjoy the full effect of Disney World. Plus, I have never been.

5. What is something people would surprised to know about you?
This is a very hard question for me. I am such an open person, there is very little people do not know about me. So, I am trying to think of something that the blogging world would not know about me.
Since it’s close to Halloween…I have seen a ghost before, more than once actually. This has been many years ago, in the very early morning I woke up to see a man standing over the man I was seeing at the time. The man had a hand on J‘s arm like he was checking on him. He looked at me stood up put his hands in pockets and faded away. I fell right back to sleep, when I told J about it he asked why I hadn’t woken him up. I told him I saw no reason, the man was protecting him.

Fill in the Blank Friday:

1. Nothing says fall like watching GW play in the leaves
2. My favorite autumnal tradition is bonfires! I love bonfires with hot dogs and s’mores!
3. My favorite fall treat is my new favorite…Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Spice Coffee
4. Fall makes me think of sweatshirts, boots, hoodies
5. Autumn free form word association, go! rain, leaves, bonfires, yard work, windows open
6. My go-to outfit in the fall is Jeans and my Fitness 19 hoodie
7. My favorite fall holiday is (Halloween or Thanksgiving) Thanksgiving. I love making pies. I love being with my family.

Hi! Visiting from the blog hop! We don’t have a Trader Joe’s down here, but a couple of years ago when visiting relatives I became hooked on their pumpkin coffee! Yum!

Love the blog! Have a great weekend! 🙂
